Tuesdays, Thursdays

The goal of these classes is to build general physical preparedness (GPP). To get fit without wearing down your body. Programming is designed to encourage decades of fitness and to be ready for whatever life throws at you. It aligns with our mission to be a community of humble, happy, high-achievers training to be physically and mentally prepared for life’s adventures.
Each week will consist of varied classes with warm-ups, skills work and workouts that will improve your ability across all areas of fitness — speed, strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Monday – Friday 6:00am and 9:30am
Our USAW Level 2 certified coaches will provide programming to work on technique in the Clean, Jerk and Snatch. Whether you are training to compete or simply want to improve your form, this time on the platforms will be the best hours of your week!
Monday – Friday
6:00am and 9:30am
Learn technique and gradually progress at your own pace. Practice the basics of barbell and dumbbell movements such as squats, presses, deadlifts, bench press, and core work. Gain strength, stability and a solid foundation in strength training.
Personal Training-Individualized programming for small groups or individuals. Coaches will evaluate where you are at and what your goals are and create a weekly program to help you achieve those goals. If you have specific training needs or limitations, are working towards a competition or just want more individualized coaching, this is the option for you.
Nutrition Coaching-At Bridger Fitness we know that nutrition coaching is not a one size fits all approach. We’ll start with an in-person or phone meeting to determine your goals and a program that fits your personality and meets you where you are at. Next, a plan will be developed specifically for you. Weekly check-ins, tips on creating habits, accountability and motivation will all be part of the process.
Mondays & Wednesdays

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Fridays

This is not a coach led class. There will be a staff person there for support and to ensure procedures are being followed. This is an opportunity for Bridger Barbell Club members or other athletes to work in strength or fitness training that has been discussed and/or programmed by one of our coaches.
Even if you don’t live in Star Valley, you can receive coaching, programming, and accountability wherever you are and with whatever equipment you have. Depending on your goals, our coaches will develop a plan for you with possible focuses on general physical fitness, strength training and Olympic weightlifting or all of the above.
